The program is designed to educate participants about various yoga and pilates techniques and how to incorporate them into a group setting. Topics covered will be breathing techniques, body alignment, balancing stress and mental awareness, yoga based movements for strength flexibility and enhanced mental focus, class format and how to incorporate and use these various modalities of yoga.
